Free Counselling Service 

The Counselling Service is an innovative Service developed for depressionServices to provide free counselling using online technologies to people aged 18 and over who are residing in Australia impacted by mild to moderate depression.  Counselling is a process of personal growth, development and change; it focuses on enhancing the client’s psychological well-being in order for the client to reach their full potential.  Counselling helps the client to explore and manage the events in their life providing them with the opportunity to express their feelings and thoughts in a supportive and non judgmental environment.  The aim of the Counselling Service is to assist clients with the management of their depression enabling them to improve their mental health and overall day to day functioning.
