Counselling @ depressionServices

The Counselling Service provides free counselling utilising online technologies (including text based communication complemented by audio clips and YouTube clips) to people residing in Australia who are impacted by mild to moderate depression.  The focus of counselling is to explore issues relating to depression in a collaborative, safe and non judgemental way.  The aim of counselling is for clients to be empowered to make changes, to move forward and improve overall wellbeing.

The benefit of counselling at depressionServices is that it provides a more convenient and less intrusive style of communicating.  Our Counselling Service can reach clients who are geographically, socially or physically isolated, ensuring a wider accessibility for all.

The Counselling service offers two programs; Individual Counselling and Group Therapy.

Individual Counselling involves eight sessions on a one-to-one basis with a counsellor.

*Coming Soon* Group Therapy involves 12 weeks of group sessions with a counsellor and/or co-facilitators.

The opening hours for the Counselling Service are currently from Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (Melbourne Time), excluding public holidays.
