How to apply

How do I become a client of the Peer Support Service?
To become a client of Peer Support @ depressionServices.org.au, there is an application process involving the collection of details, the confirmation of these details and an induction into the service.  Only Staff and Volunteers have access to the information provided during this process with confidentiality and privacy paramount to our service delivery.  All applications are assessed to ensure that our clients meet our eligibility criteria with applicants being contacted throughout the process.

Part of the application process requires all applicants to read the service Terms and Conditions and these must be agreed to and understood if the applicant wishes to be considered for the service.  The Terms and Conditions are developed in line with organisational policies, relevant legislation, standards and codes within the human service field.  The Terms and Conditions serve to protect all clients of the service, in addition to enabling depressioNet to meet our duty of care and provide a high quality service for people impacted by depression.

To apply to become a client of Peer Support @ depressionServices.org.au, please proceed to the Peer Support Application Process.

All services provided through depressionServices.org.au adhere to depressioNet’s organisational policies, including the rights and responsibilities of clients and Code of Ethics, accessible through the website.
